Check seal strength, leak-proof, heat resistance (critical for retort pouches).
Color matching: confirm Pantone 色号 before mass production; avoid color deviation in bulk.
Clearly state thickness (micron), width, length, tolerance in specifications.
Different products need different barriers:
High oxygen/moisture barrier for snacks, coffee, meat.
Transparent window for fresh food display.
Retortable for high-temperature sterilization.
Outer cartons: strong, waterproof, with palletization for sea freight.
Markings: include product name, specs, quantity, GW/NW, country of origin, shipping marks.
Warning labels: “Keep Dry, “Fragile”, “This Side Up” as needed.
Clearly communicate MOQ, sampling time, production lead time.
Offer pre-shipment inspection (PSI) or send QC photos/videos before shipment.
