CPP film, or cast polypropylene film, is a non-stretched polypropylene film produced by a casting process. It features high transparency, high stiffness, excellent barrier properties, heat resistance, and relatively low cost. Based on application, it is mainly categorized into **general-purpose**, **metallizing-grade**, and **retort-grade (RCPP)** films.
It is widely used in flexible packaging for food, daily necessities, pharmaceuticals, and more—including composite bags, metallized packaging, retort pouches, and specialty applications such as labels and stationery. It serves as a fundamental material in the packaging industry.
