What are Poultry Shrink Bags?

Poultry shrink bags are multi‑layer co‑extruded tubular films used for vacuum packaging of whole chickens, turkeys, ducks, Cornish hens, and poultry cuts. The product is placed inside the bag, vacuum‑sealed (using a vacuum chamber or heat sealer), and then passed through a hot water tunnel at 85–90°C.
