Packtastic is a trusted provider of custom‑printed flexible packaging solutions, delivering high‑quality pouches, bags, and rollstock films tailored to diverse product requirements. We combine advanced gravure printing technology with a broad portfolio of flexible materials—from clear films to high‑barrier laminates—to create packaging that protects, preserves, and promotes your brand. Whether you need finished pouches for retail shelves or rollstock for automated filling lines, we offer end‑to‑end support: material selection, artwork optimisation, precision printing, and reliable production. Our flexible packaging solutions serve a wide range of dry, liquid, frozen, and ambient products, helping you achieve functional performance and visual impact without compromise. With competitive pricing, responsive service, and global delivery capabilities, Packtastic turns your packaging vision into reality.
We offer two primary product forms to suit different packing operations:
Finished Pouches & Bags – Ready‑to‑use, pre‑formed packaging available in various styles: stand‑up pouches, flat‑bottom bags, 3‑side and 4‑side seal pouches, side‑gusseted bags, eight‑side seal carton‑style bags, kraft‑paper laminated pouches, zipper bags, spout pouches, and vacuum bags. Ideal for manual packing, small‑batch runs, or retail‑ready presentations.
Rollstock Film – Continuous laminated film supplied in rolls, designed for high‑speed vertical form‑fill‑seal (VFFS) and horizontal form‑fill‑seal (HFFS) machines. Widths from 100 mm to 1200 mm, with customised core diameters and winding tension. Register marks (eye marks) can be added for precise automatic cutting and sealing.
Gravure Printing – 8 to 10‑colour printing with excellent dot reproduction, fine line definition, and consistent colour density. Registration accuracy ≤ 0.15 mm ensures sharp multi‑colour graphics.
Colour Consistency – Advanced colour management with spectrophotometric control; batch‑to‑batch colour difference ΔE < 2. Pantone spot colours available.
Finishing Effects – Matte, gloss, partial UV varnish, hot foil stamping (gold/silver), holographic effects, pearlescent coatings, and soft‑touch tactile finishes to enhance brand perception.
Variable Data Printing – Inline printing of QR codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, tracking codes, and promotional messages for product authentication and consumer engagement.
We work with a wide range of flexible substrates and laminations to meet specific barrier, durability, and sustainability needs:
Transparent Films – PET, BOPP, PE, CPP, and NY (nylon) for clear, see‑through packaging.
High‑Barrier Laminates – Aluminium foil (PET/AL/PE) and metallised films (PET/VMPET/PE) for superior oxygen, moisture, and light protection.
Puncture‑Resistant Structures – Nylon‑based laminates (PA/PE, PET/PA/PE) ideal for frozen products, sharp‑edged items, and heavy‑duty transport.
Eco‑Friendly Options – Kraft paper + barrier liner, PLA/PBAT compostable films, and recyclable mono‑material (all‑PE or all‑PP) structures.
Custom Laminations – Any combination of the above can be engineered to achieve your required barrier performance (OTR, WVTR) and mechanical strength.
One‑way degassing valves (fresh coffee, fermented products)
Resealable zippers (slider or press‑to‑close) for re‑closure
Easy‑tear notches for convenient opening
Transparent or matte windows to display product appearance
Hang holes for pegboard display
Carry handles (die‑cut or welded) for large bags
Spouts with caps for liquid and semi‑liquid products
Bag style, size, thickness, and material structure tailored to your product and packing equipment.
Design support: free artwork pre‑flight checks, size adjustments, and layout optimisation. Full design services available for an additional fee.
Plate‑making: electro‑engraved gravure cylinders (durable for long runs) or laser‑engraved plates (higher precision). Plate‑less digital printing for small batches with no plate fees.
Multiple SKUs can share the same plate by changing only the printed label area.
All materials comply with FDA, EU, and GB food‑contact regulations (where applicable). Inks are solvent‑free or low‑migration for safety.
In‑process quality checks: online colour monitoring, automatic defect detection, and tension control for rollstock.
Final inspection: heat‑seal strength, air‑tightness, ink adhesion (cross‑cut test), thickness uniformity, and dimensional accuracy.
Batch traceability and test reports provided on request.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
