Packtastic is a packaging pouch manufacturer with high‑quality gravure printing as our core competency. We believe that packaging is the first conversation between a brand and its consumers. Through precision gravure printing, we faithfully reproduce brand identities, colour languages, and design details on every pouch, ensuring each bag delivers visual impact, colour consistency, and tactile quality. From design optimisation to finished goods, we provide a full‑service process that helps brands build a strong visual identity in competitive retail environments and increase product premium value.
Ultra‑fine reproduction: Gravure printing uses electronically or laser‑engraved cylinders, achieving up to 300 lines/inch to clearly reproduce photographic‑quality gradients, tiny text (0.1 mm), and complex textures.
Wide colour gamut: Supports 8–10 colours, including custom spot colours (PANTONE), with colour difference ΔE < 2, ensuring brand colours remain highly consistent across large production runs.
High gloss & durability: The ink layer is thick and full, delivering a rich gloss finish with resistance to rubbing and oils – ideal for frequently handled products and long shelf‑life items.
High‑speed stable production: Gravure cylinders have a print life exceeding one million impressions, ensuring stable colour reproduction throughout long runs and minimising batch‑to‑batch variation.
Partial matte + spot gloss UV: Creates contrasting gloss/matte effects on the same surface, enhancing visual depth.
Cold / hot foil stamping: Adds metallic shine to logos or key design elements for a premium feel.
Pearlescent & holographic effects: Produces iridescent or shimmering finishes that attract attention.
Tactile coating: Soft, velvety texture that enhances the unboxing experience.
Anti‑counterfeiting microtext: Embedding fine, nearly invisible text within patterns for easy authentication.
PET, BOPP, NY (nylon), aluminium foil (AL), metallised film (VMPET), kraft paper, PLA bio‑based films, and more.
All substrates are corona‑treated prior to printing; ink adhesion reaches 5B rating (cross‑hatch test), ensuring long‑lasting durability.
Supports stand‑up pouches, flat‑bottom square pouches, 8‑side seal bags, side‑gusseted bags, 3‑side / 4‑side seal bags, kraft paper pouches, etc.
Functional features (zippers, one‑way degassing valves, easy‑tear notches, clear windows, hang holes, carry handles) can be added as needed without compromising print quality.
Variable data (unique codes per pouch) can be ink‑jetted inline during printing – no secondary processing required.
Free pre‑press inspection: We check client artwork for bleed, resolution, font outlining, overprint issues, and provide optimisation suggestions.
Digital mock‑up: High‑fidelity colour proof provided within 24 hours for online layout approval.
Physical sample: 3–5 working days to produce finished pouches for verifying print quality, seal strength, and functional features.
Sealed sample system: Final sample approved with the client before mass production, serving as the acceptance benchmark.
Pre‑press: PDF pre‑flight check + digital proof dual review.
In‑process: Online spectrophotometer for real‑time colour monitoring; automatic defect detection (hickeys, blade lines, misregistration).
Post‑press: Sampling tests for adhesion, scratch resistance, heat‑seal strength, and airtightness.
All products comply with FDA, EU, and GB food‑contact material standards.
